The Peanut Butter Affair

Why this one

We roast the peanuts and make our own peanut butter from scratch, never from a jar. It’s swirled gently through our banana batter, then finished with generous Callebaut chocolate chips.

It’s simple, comforting, and a little indulgent. Because really, banana and peanut butter were always meant to be together.

  peanuts roasted and ground in Nizz’s own kitchen, never from a jar

• Callebaut Chocolate Chips

  Belgian milk and dark, both. One for sweetness, one for depth

• Berangan Bananas

  Malaysia-grown, left to ripen until they’re sweet enough to bake with
